Description:

As retreat designer and facilitator Carol R Williams utilizes art to build community by creating powerful moments of positive focus and change through art models and activities, group reflection, dialogue and connections. Here Carol facilitated a newly created community non-profit in the design of their mission statement, 5 year plan and gain a common language to express their vision of their ideal model, which lead them to define the new organization as a 'Highly Learning and Coaching' Business Structure.
