Seattle, WA - Many people in the past have asked the question how might I be able to support you in your efforts and I never really knew what to say.
How can you support Carol Rashawnna Williams in 2013?
In an effort to build a foundation and an international connection with hopes of future collaborations, Carol applied and submitted her portfolio to the Venice Printmaking Studio and was accepted to a 3 year Printmaking Residency in Italy (to start Aug 2014), with the opportunity to participate in the 2015 Venice Biannual
In her first year Carol will explore traditional mono-prints, by exploring in three years topics of environmental sustainability and the effects.
This is a huge honor! And Opportunity!
Your donation, whether it be $5, $20, or more would create and support the opportunity for all of this to happen.

Carols Artwork Featured In Ellen Hochbergs Blog
October 4th, 2012
Seattle, WA - Almost exactly 100 years ago Margaret Sanger, the founder of what is now called Planned Parenthood, began her crusade for reproductive freedom. She believed:

Everyone should be able to decide when and whether to have a child.
Every child should be wanted and loved.
Women are as entitled as men to sexual pleasure and fulfillment.
In the last 100 years we have made tremendous strides in reproductive freedom for women. But recent attempts have been made to turn back the clock and not only deny a woman’s right to choose, but to restrict access and funding for birth control and reproductive health care.
